Professional experience: In his childhood, he dreamed of becoming a military man. He entered Rostov Artillery School, but due to his health, he had to leave the course. He started his working activity at State Bearing Plant ¹ 10 (1966-1970). From 1970 till 1974, he worked at Rostov railway post office. He was an electrical engineer in Rostov River-boat Station (1974-1975). In 1976, he worked as a senior engineer of mail service laboratory in Rostov Regional Production and Technical Department of the USSR Connections Ministry. From 1976 till 1982, he held different posts in Rostov State Power Machinery Planning Institute. From 1982 till 1985, he worked in Rostov Branch Office of Central Automatic Pilot Design Office. From 1986 till 1991, he was a manager of connections department in Donvodctroy Unity Information-calculating Center. In 1991, he held the post of the chairman in Donets Gardening Society. From 1992 till 1994, he was a manager of Rostov Regional Farming and Agricultural Cooperative Societies Association. From 1994 till 1995 he worked as an economical service manager in Rostov Branch Office of AkkaBank Joint- stock Commercial Bank. From 1996-2001, he was Director General of EKSPO-VIM Rostovskaya Sotovaya Svjaz Joint-stock Company. Since 2001, he is Rostov Branch Office Director of Modicom Kavkaz Joint-stock Company.
