Historical outlines: Founded as Produsersky Center DO on December 18, 1995 in Tomsk, three months later the company published Who Is Who In Tomsk and Tomsk Region and mirrored the book in the Net. Produsersky Center DO has on its credit the publishing project of Who Is Who In Rostov-on-Don and Rostov Region. The first volume was published in 1997, the second—in 1999.
In April 2002 Produsersky Center DO was reorganized to the Center DO nonprofit partnership and, while working on a printing version of Who Is Who In Southern Federal District, started up Web portal of the same name. Since 2004—Southern Russian Biographical Center

Key activities: In brief, the main object of the Center's activities is to create positive image of the Southern Federal District in Russia and overseas via the Net and Who Is Who regional editions.
The company portfolio includes publishing, advertising, promotion, consulting, organizing of business contacts, cultural events, PR and ad campaigns.
