| Historical outlines: On August 1907 the new plant “Keber & Co” which specialized on production of oil-press and foundry equipment, was built. On February 1918, it was nationalized and given the new name Krasny Maslopress. In 1927, the plant was renamed in Krasny Gydropress. At the time of the World War II, the enterprise was evacuated to Kazakhstan. After the World War II, normal work of the plant was not simply put in order, but productive potential was even increased. During its long history the plant more than once was rewarded by government awards for good work and production of high-quality goods. But at the time of perestroika a great setback in production begun and in 1996 the new administration under the head of Vladislav Diomkyn was appointed by court decision. By 1998, the plant restored its financial independence and V. Diomkyn became Director General. In 2002 by the decree of the President, the manufacturing firm formed a part of PC Tactical Missile Armament. The plant was incorporated on October 2002 and the new name PC Krasny Gydropress was given to it. On August 27, 2007, workers and administration will celebrate a 100-year jubilee of the plant.

| Key activities: Production of deck-based weapons, chargers, water-jet propulsors, cycloidal propulsion jets, mine sweepers, filter groups, heat-exchange equipment, ship propellers, harvester hydraulics (hydraulic cylinder group, valve groups, shares, cultivator spare parts), domestic gas boilers, domestic boiler installations operated on low-pressure gas, gas automatic equipment, power plant machinery.

| Indices: In 2002 the volume of commodity output was more than 203000000 rubles. In 2003, they have a plan to increase production volume in 1.6 times. Authorized capital – 188083000 rubles. Main funds – 226584000 rubles.

| Staff: 3000 employees, 50% of them have higher and special technical education. Almost one third is youth up to 35 years old. |
