| Historical outlines: Founded on December 4, 1908 the theater is the oldest playhouse in Kuban. During its near century-old history the theater has been devoted to Russian and world’s classics and modern art. Today the company’s backbone is formed by such talented actors as Honored Artist of Russia B. Brovchenko, Honored Artists of Kuban L. Khachikyan, V. Kirst, Honored Artist of Chuvashia A. Kamardina, P. Andryushin, R. Doljanskaya, F. Kuprichenko, N. Yarovenko, T. Yudina, I. Galkina and others.
