 | About the Arbitration Court: Established on June 11, 1992 by decision of Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation No. 2957-1 “On appointment to the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Krai”. In the number of disputes settled the Court ranks among the five largest arbitration courts in Russia.
The authorities and procedure for the formation and activity of arbitration courts in the Russian Federation are established by the Constitution of the Russian Federation and federal constitutional laws on the court system. The primary tasks of the Court when examining disputes under its jurisdiction are: the defense of violated rights and lawful interests of enterprises, institutions, organizations, and individuals in the sphere of entrepreneurial and other economic activity; assisting in reinforcing lawfulness and preventing violations in the sphere of entrepreneurial and other economic activity; building of respect to Law and court of justice; assisting to the development and advancement of business ethics. | | Staff: More than 250 judges and employees, over 200 have higher education, including one Dr.Sci.
